Version 3.0:

• Twice as many gross noises as version 2.1 - 40 total (uses MSADPCM codec for WAV compression)
• Will now UNMUTE and MAXIMIZE victim's volume when firing
• If no command-line given, will start with the Options Window

• Made command-line switches easier to understand and remember
• Added a Sick! category of sounds
• Removed the G-Rated sounds (only potty humor allowed here!)
